What types of events do you specialize in?

We specialize in elevated celebrations and professional experiences including corporate events, brand activations, luxury social events, milestone celebrations, and curated photo booth experiences. Our focus is creating polished, high-impact moments that feel intentional, refined, and unforgettable.

Why do you charge for consultations?

Our consultation is an intentional experience designed to provide personalized strategy, creative direction, and professional insight tailored to your event. This investment ensures dedicated time, thoughtful preparation, and focused recommendations. Should you move forward with booking our services, your consultation investment is applied toward your final experience.

Do you work with corporate clients?

Absolutely. We work with corporations, hotels, venues, and organizations looking for reliable, polished, turnkey experiences. Corporate services include branded photo booths, networking activations, employee appreciation events, conferences, and client engagement experiences.

How far in advance should I book my event?

For premium dates and corporate events, we recommend booking 30–90 days in advance. This allows time for design customization, branding, and experience planning. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.

What is required to reserve my date?

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Remaining balances are due prior to your event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Atlanta metro area and surrounding regions. Travel outside this area is available for corporate or luxury bookings and may include additional fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Full policy details are outlined in your contract.

When does planning officially begin?

Planning and design services do not begin until your contract is signed and the required retainer is received. No dates are held, concepts created, or services initiated prior to booking.

Do you offer complimentary or discounted services?

At this time, we do not offer free or sponsored services. Each event receives our full creative attention, premium equipment, and professional execution — which is why all services are paid bookings.

For organizations seeking sponsorship-style experiences, we’re happy to explore client-paid booth activations or brand partnerships.

Why do you ask for a budget during the consultation?

We request an investment range so we can design intentionally and provide recommendations that align with your expectations. Knowing your budget allows us to curate appropriate vendors, décor, and experiences and ensures your consultation is productive, focused, and tailored to realistic outcomes.
